Words and gestures leave shape, location and degree open to interpretation. MaquetteFace is being built to make that conversation visible.
One connected consultation.
- Permission and separate optional training consent before photography.
- Reject unusable angle or lighting, blur, obstruction, multiple faces or no face rather than accepting a degraded capture.
- Physician-controlled region, volume in cc, spread profile and side.
- Labeled baseline and visual simulation with input values and a persistent disclaimer.
- An immutable, append-only audit record for every simulation with consent, source images, region, cc, profile, model version, engine version, operator and timestamp; there is no edit or delete path.

Development requirements: define shape before rendering detail; keep pixels outside the selected region identical; check identity; reproduce the same output from identical inputs; make higher cc inputs produce a larger change in the intended direction; reject uncertain results clearly.
Care around the image.
Privacy and record requirements under development include separate optional training consent, company-controlled image processing, encryption, clinic-specific access, short-lived signed download links and configurable retention, whose default remains undecided. These are not claims of clinical validation or production readiness.
